Open your heart to loving kindness. Join Elaine and Deborah on a journey to explore the Buddha’s Brahma Viharas. We’ll focus on “metta” or loving kindness. This heart led practice is suitable for all levels. We’ll take you through a joyful, nourishing class and finish with a relaxing led meditation.
I discovered yoga 7 years ago and it has changed my life. Yoga gives me a tremendous sense of wellbeing and an opportunity to continually learn and grow. You’ll often find me with my nose in a yoga book and I love attending workshops and classes. I completed teacher training with Pink Lotus Yoga in 2016 and I haven’t looked back. Yoga is a gift and I’m delighted to share all I have learned and continue to learn with my students.
I went to my first yoga class more than 13 years ago and it felt like coming home. I’ve been fortunate over the years since to have studied in classes and workshops with inspiring teachers of different styles of yoga and fellow students, eventually training as a teacher and then as a pregnancy, post natal and fertility yoga teacher. I feel so blessed and honoured to be able to encourage others on their yoga journey whilst continuing my own study.
