Mo has been practising yoga since 2005 and teaches Ashtanga yoga in a traditional way where students are guided through a yoga sequence at their own pace, slowly building a personal practice with foundations of breath, movement and stillness. Mo teaches led and mysore style yoga in the community and from her home studio near Dunecht.
Led Sanskrit Counted Class – Saturday 21 September 1320-1450hrs
This yoga class includes postures, breathing, pranayama, chanting and deep rest. We will move through the yoga sequence of sun salutations, standing, seated and finishing postures methodically with a focus on a soft, steady, stable mind and breath.
The key to practise isn’t perfection, simply rhythmicity and inner awareness.
No experience is necessary and options will be given for any postures you may find challenging. I hope you enjoy !
