A Graduation Through The Chakras – Saturday 21 September – 1320-1500hrs

A class to balance the seven energy centres.  Karinas seven trainees will guide you through the chakras to awaken and balance each one leaving you feeling centred and calm with a combination of postures and pranayama.  This will be the culmination of 200 hours training for the trainees who graduate as Yoga Teachers at the end of the festival.

I’ve been interested in yoga for many years and I am now completing my teacher training with Karina.
I hope to teach yoga in a way that yoga and its traditions accessible.

My name is Rona rona& I’m really enjoying my Hatha yoga teacher training course with Karina.   This course and Karina’s yoga retreats to India & Portugal have lead me on my journey of the self, through the self, to myself…🙏

I am Nubia, I first stepped into Karina’s class ten years ago.  Ever since then, yoga has unnamedpositively impacted my life. 

My teacher training has injected me with an abundance of knowledge I want to share with you and a desire to help you connect with the subtle energies within you.

I’m Lyne IMG_5426and have loved yoga for 20 years.  I’ve been a student with Karina since 2016 and started my teacher training last August.







Rachel Krantz

Hi there, I’m Rachel.  I discovered yoga around six years ago, and it has been IMG_0250transforming my life ever since!  Alongside my passion for yoga, I am also training to be a physiotherapist.  When I’m not down on my mat, I enjoy soaking up the sun outdoors, and baking vegan sweets.




Fiona Thomson

Hi I’m Fiona. Originally from Aberdeenshire I started practicing yoga with Karina in IMG_62832007.  When I’m not practicing yoga or working you’ll find me outside cycling, running or playing with my young children.





Eunice Masson

I enjoyed IMG_5469teaching movement as a therapy in a wide range of settings, but I am glad I made the decision to move towards training to become a yoga teacher. It has provided a springboard to learning so much more, it is a very exciting journey.
