Only an Open Heart Will Catch a Dream – Saturday 29 September 1145-1315hrs
Hi, I’m Verity, as a qualified nurse I have always been interested in health and wellbeing. I first went to a yoga class 14 years ago as I thought it would a good addition to my marathon training. I soon discovered it is so much more than a “good stretch” and I fell in love with yoga. Yoga is about connecting the body, mind and breath. It leaves me feeling energised, happy and calm and better able to cope with life off the mat.
Having completed my 200-hour YTT course with Pink Lotus Yoga in Aberdeen I’m now enjoying sharing my passion for yoga with others and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives.
Hi, I’m Kerry and I have practiced Hatha yoga for 20 years. I began my yogic journey with Ian Scorgie and was blessed to have him as my first teacher. I joined Karina Stewarts classes around 10 years ago and with her knowledge, support and guidance went on to complete my 200hr teacher training.
My wish is, by teaching yoga, I can bring a little relief to your busy schedules, help quieten your mind and let your body feel rejuvenated and alive.
About the class

Come to, Only an open heart can Catch a Dream” and release that weight. Our heart opening class will release tension and leave you feeling happy, energised and positive. Our class will incorporate Native American influences, finishing will a grounding drum meditation.
