Gentle Somatic Yoga is a series of slow, gentle and easy moves. It is considered an educational process that strengthens and integrates the brain-to-muscle connection.
This style of Yoga assesses the sensory motor system by practicing therapeutic corrective exercises, and teaching you to regain conscious control over your movements
I have been a keen student of Hatha Yoga since 2003. I am now developing my practice further in order to share the benefits Hatha Yoga can offer others. I qualified with my RYT 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Course with Karina in Aberdeen in 2016. I have a background in remedial massage.
